The Poksak Family, based in Newport RI, is comprised of a group of caring individuals with a vision to make a positive impact on the environment. Together we have created a social venture company striving for social change. We pride ourselves on being a cause-company with an eco-friendly reusable bag.
We have joined forces with the Orphan Foundation of America to promote the importance of higher education. For every Poksak reusable tote bag purchased, $0.25 is donated to the Poksak Foster Fund.
The Poksak Foster Fund, our college education scholarship program through the Orphan Foundation of America, is designed to give hope and support to foster children who have a passion for knowledge and yearn for more in life.
Foster scholarship money from the Poksak Foster Fund helps pay for tuition, books, room and board, and other needs that young foster scholars aspiring to higher education may require. By supporting our cause, you are supporting a foster child’s life and growth.
